Diesel stolen from garage premises

Police are appealing for information following the theft of diesel from garage premises in Alveston, South Gloucestershire, overnight on Tuesday 1st September 2009,

The incident occurred between 9pm and 7am the following day, when a large quantity of diesel was removed from the storage tanks at Berkley Vale Motors in Thornbury Road.

It is believed that a large lorry or similar type of vehicle would have been involved.

As the premises are on a main thoroughfare, we are keen to hear from the occupants of any vehicles driving past the location, or anybody else, who may have seen vehicles or other activity in the premises between the times shown.
