Appeal for information following assault by cyclist (Filton)
Posted on Monday 19th July 2010 at 8:28 am by SH (Editor)Police are appealing for information and witnesses following an assault in Filton Avenue, Filton, Bristol.
At around 7pm on Friday July 9 a van driver pulled his vehicle over to speak to a cyclist. The cyclist then became verbally aggressive and caused damaged to the driver’s van.
The victim again tried to approach the cyclist (pictured) for his details and was assaulted.
Police would now like to talk to this man as he may be able to help with enquiries. Anyone who may be able to identify him is asked to call police on 0845 456 7000.
