Appeal for information after man robbed in High Street (Staple Hill)

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was robbed in Staple Hill.

The incident occurred on Friday 10th December 2010 at around 11:15pm as the victim was walking from High Street, Staple Hill towards Overnill Road with his girlfriend.

As they approached the junction with Grace Road, they were approached from behind by three men.

The victim was then pushed against a bin and was kneed and punched in the face by two of the males.

His mobile phone, wallet, camera, travel bag and some Krispy Kreme doughnuts were stolen.

Appeal for infomation after racially aggravated assault (Patchway)

Police are appealing for information about a racially aggravated assault in Patchway, north Bristol.

It happened at 6am on Sunday 5th December near the Texaco service station on the A38 Gloucester Road.

Two men asked a 28-year-old Polish man for directions. When he replied they racially abused him, chased him and one of them punched him in the head.

The victim managed to get into his house on Gloucester Road and close the front door. A few minutes later one of the men returned and smashed a glass panel in the door.

Appeal for information after man stabbed during robbery (Siston Hill)

Police are appealing for information after a burglary in Siston Hill, South Gloucestershire, that left the home-owner seriously ill with stab wounds.

The 49-year-old man is in a stable condition in Frenchay Hospital. He was stabbed with a kitchen knife in the abdomen and suffered cuts to his head and face.

It happened at around 9pm on Tuesday 16th November at a large house in Siston Hill.

The husband and wife owners were disturbed by their dogs barking and found two men in their kitchen. They demanded money, and during a struggle the husband was stabbed. The attackers then ran off.

Appeal after late-night robbery (Yate)

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a robbery in Yate.

The incident occurred on Friday 12th November 2010 at around 12:30am.

The male victim was walking along carrying a pizza when two men approached him. One of these men punched the victim to the face which caused him to fall to the ground.

While he has was on the floor he was kicked several times before a beer can was thrown at him and his phone was taken.

The first offender is described as approximately 6ft tall, hair completely shaved and was of slim build. He was wearing dark clothing. He was aged between 18 and 22 years old.

The second offender was wearing a blue hooded top. He was of slim build and was shorter than the first man by a couple of inches and around the same age.

One of the men was carrying a white carrier bag which contained Budweiser cans.
