Appeal for information following assault (Kingswood)

At around 2am in the morning of Sunday 26th September, the victim was stood on the corner of Regent Street and London Street when he was approached by a man who punched him with such force he fell and hit his head.
The victim was taken to hospital to be treated for a serious head injury where he was admitted for a number of days.
PC Jason Hulbert said: “This was an unprovoked assault that put the victim in hospital for a number of days with a serious injury to his head.”
“I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed this assault to contact us with any information that may help with this enquiry.”
“We are keen to speak to a man who is described as white and his 20′s, around 5ft 8ins – 5ft 11ins tall and of a medium build. He had light brown/ginger hair that was very short.”
PC Hulbert added: “There would have been a lot of people in the area at this time of night and they may have seen a man run into Chasers nightclub.”
