A heavy commercial vehicle driver has been prosecuted for driving his lorry through a 7.5 tonne environmental weight limit in Warmley, South Gloucestershire. The driver, Henry Michael James, 55, of Clevedon pleaded guilty when he appeared at North Avon Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 26th April 2011.
