Mr Rubery was found in his Iron Acton home on Latteridge Road at 8am on Wednesday morning with significant head injuries and bruising to his face.

“We need to work out what happened in those missing 9 hours.

Anyone who may have used the Latteridge road and noticed anything or anyone acting suspiciously on Wednesday night or in the early hours of Thursday is also asked to make contact.
